W.H. Milikowski Becomes First New England Distributor
to Carry Jack's Professional® Water-Soluble Fertilizers
Jack Peters, president of J.R. Peters, Inc., announced today an agreement between his company and W.H. Milikowski, Inc., of Stafford Springs, Connecticut. W. H. Milikowski, Inc., a leading wholesale distributor of greenhouse equipment and supplies, will market the new Jack's Professional® product line to professional growers throughout New England as well as the Jack's Classic® line of fertilizers for the consumer market. J.R. Peters' new comprehensive Jack's Professional® line includes more than 40 water-soluble formulations, including specialty fertilizers for poinsettias, geraniums, Easter lilies, pot mums and other crops. The announcement was made at the New England Greenhouse Conference, which began today in Worcester, Massachusetts.

Plant nutrition expert Jack Peters, president of J.R. Peters, Inc., announced the availability of his new comprehensive line of water-soluble fertilizers for use by the professional grower. Marketed under the Jack's Professional® brand name, the products represent the first major enhancement to the original "true-blue" solution developed by Peters' father Bob, more than 50 years ago. The new product line includes more than 40 water-soluble formulations, including specialty fertilizers for plugs, poinsettias, geraniums, Easter lilies and other crops, as well as calcium/magnesium, low phosphorus and other specially designed mixes.

TECHNICAL SPECIALIST FOR THE J.R. PETERS LABORATORY
J.R. Peters, Inc., announced today that the company has named Karen Kackley, Ph.D., Technical Specialist for the company's horticultural laboratory. In this position at the J.R. Peters Laboratory™, Dr. Kackley will provide technical assistance to growers regarding horticultural testing, interpretation of results and fertilizer recommendations.
